yoo yoo

August 29th, 2008

Today I spent three hours in a train and had the prettiest “lunch” (maybe it was more like a dessert) ever with me.

Weekend

August 17th, 2008

Friday was pretty good at Flow Festival, saw Kings of Convenience, Múm, Jamie Lidell and surprisingly good Caspa & Rusko.

Saturday was rainy and I couldn’t really concentrate. Borko was fun! Before we left we ate delicious tofu soup.

Today has been lazy, we woke up at 6am (this isn’t the lazy part) and drove to airport to pick up bf’s parents. After they left we slept some more and cooked tofu-red lentil-satay sauce & rice.

I think a thuderstorm is coming, I should sleep soon and wake up at 6am again.

Goodbyes aren’t easy

August 12th, 2008

Friends are coming back from Korea after staying one year there. It made me remember the times we came back (christmas 2005). I’m sad I haven’t been able go back since. I miss our friends, neighbors, home, ginkgo trees, food, Hongdae a lot.

Welcome back m&t!

i said it wouldn’t affect me that much, but it did

August 8th, 2008

Morning was lazy just like all the other mornings this summer, watching Los Serrano, reading newspaper and eating two slices of rye bread. Well, it was the last time as on Monday I’ll be back in school again. Can’t really say I’m looking forward to it right now, but probably a daily routine is welcome again. It’s been raining and I’ve stayed home listening to Seabear and hiding. I’ve been quite happy though.

In the afternoon I took a bus to city centre, we ate a really good dinner, bought lokum and went to see Anton Corbijn exhibition. I really want to learn all the secrets of darkroom. School starts on Monday and it means learning two things I dislike, digital & flash. I have to learn even tho I’m more into film, medium format and natural light.
